Yahaya Bello unveils GbaramatuVoice media center

…Yahaya’s commitment to public leadership unprecedented – Abai

 The GbaramatuVoice Media Institute and Resource Centre for Niger Delta Studies and were on Tuesday August 10, 2021 at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos State, unveiled by the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
 
The unveiling formed part of programmes lined up to mark the news organization’s 6th Anniversary Lecture/Niger Delta Awards.
 
Speaking through the state’s Deputy Governor, Edward Onoja, who represented him at the event, Yahaya Bello noted that young people did not only have the potential but also the courage to take new ideas to big realities.

“It is very clear that from the editor to the members of the management of GbaramatuVoice are young people. It goes to confirm and re-emphasized the fact that young people did not only have the potential but also the courage to take new ideas to big realities.
 
“As clearly seen by this legacy project that has been envisioned, to be able to build a Niger Delta resource center and media institution in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
 
“What this points to, therefore, is that there is a greater need for more young people from Niger Delta and entire Nigeria to brace up and add value to the Niger Delta region and Nation building in general.”
 
The Governor who urged young Nigerian youths to take a driver seat in nation building, described Kogi State as the safest state in Nigeria.
 
Yahaya Bello said that Niger Delta region will continue to play a significant role, which lies in the participation and dynamic energy of youths.
 
He said in parts; “Niger Delta region will continue to play a significant role in the social economic status of our great country Nigeria. And I am bold to say that all this lies in the participation and dynamic energy of the Niger Delta and the entire Nigeria youths. 
 
Continuing, he asserted that whatever he is involved in, not only begins but also ends being successful, noting that the building will be commissioned in a few months.
 
“Thank you for this noble seed after six years of sowing the foundation of Niger Delta Resource Centre and Media Institute that I am honoured to Unveil. I believe from my experience that whatever I am involved in, not only begins but also ends being successful. 
 
“That I am here unveiling this project goes to say that a few months from today we will call people together to commission the building.” He concluded.
 
For his part, GbaramatuVoice chairman and publisher, Jacob Abai hails the impact and commitment of the governor in Nation building especially in the area of security. “His effort in this direction is unprecedented in the anal of Nigerian leadership history.
