Warri South West Constituency: Guwor presents scorecard, seeks re-election

The member representing Warri South West in Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has declared his intention to seek for re-election from members of his constituency in the 2023 election as a member of the state assembly and he is asking for their support.

Guwor made this announcement on Friday in Warri saying that he is yet to complete the task of representing the people.

The lawmaker also used the opportunity to appreciate members of his constituency for their support in the past, praising them for being the only constituency in the entire Delta State to give the present Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, 139,000 votes.

Guwor also briefed his constituents of the bill he had sponsored and he talked about the significance of the bill.

Guwor further pointed out that aside from sponsoring a bill, which is his principal responsibility as a lawmaker, he has been able to also build classroom blocks, develop some communities and execute some infrastructural projects.

Reacting, the Peoples Democratic Party Chairman, Warri South West Local Government Area, Chief Favour Izoukumor, stated that there will be a level playing ground for all participants in the primaries.

However, members of the constituency and some political stakeholders from the area assured Guwor of their support as he has done a lot to deserve another tenure.
