MILITANCY: THE ECONOMY WILL SUFFER, AVENGERS VOWS.

•Says drones won’t stop them

The economic warriors, operating under the auspices of Niger Delta Avengers have yesterday renewed their vow to crumble the Nigerian economy.

The threat was issued yesterday in the group’s website signed by self styled Brig. Gen. Mudoch Agbinibo over what he described as the federal government insincerity of the proposed dialogue.

The spokesperson hinted that its intelligence agency have gathered that the said dialogue by the federal government is a delay tactics employed by the government to enable them purchase drones from the United State of America (USA) that is alleged to have arrive Nigeria August 2016.

The statement wonders on the antics of the government in handling the issue while accusing it of fraud and not genuine for a genuine dialogue as they maintains that the hanky panky of the government is making it appear as if they are not ready for dialogue.

Muduch warns that the government can buy all drones from the USA but noted that nothing can deter them from bringing the Nigerian economy to a zero level if the government do not genuinely and urgently address their demands.

The statement advises President Muhammadu Buhari to intensify its search for hydrocarbon in the North East as they vows not to allow any drop of crude to be exported from the Niger Delta while mocking the Government of always using their military might to flagrantly intimidate innocent Niger Deltans.

“This whole thing makes us to wonder what kind of country is this? We can all see that President Buhari led government is fraud. They are not serious about any dialogue and made it seems the Niger Delta Avengers are the ones not ready for dialogue. Mr. President you can purchase all the drones in Europe and Untied State. It won’t stop the Niger Delta Avengers from bringing the country’s economy to zero.

“The worse you can do is to kill poor innocent people which the military is good at but know the Nigeria Economy will suffer. Also noted, you will not be able to export one litre of crude in the Niger Delta. Just intensify the oil exploration in the North East as for the ones in the Niger Delta forget about it because the Nigeria government won’t export a drop from our land.” The statement reiterated.

Meanwhile the Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND), have earlier through its spokesperson, Jomogbomo have confirmed that they have started a preliminary talk with the Federal Government.

In similar vein, Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Tukur Buratai have stated that if the dialogue window opened by the Federal Government fails with the Niger Delta militants they will use force.

Different groups in the Niger Delta, National coordinator of the Center for Peace & Environmental Justice (CEPEJ) Comr. Sheriff Mulade and the President of the Foundation for Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Crusade (FHRACC), Alaowei Cleric Esq., have yesterday in separate press statements urged all militant groups in the region to embrace the Federal government proposed dialogue with more reference to the dreaded Niger Delta Avengers.
