Prophet Jeremiah explains why fire gutted his church building, sets for world class auditorium 

Similar to the writing world where a particular event is viewed from different angles, a new understanding has been added to the reason behind the recent fire incident that razed the partners auditorium, Christ Mercy Land Deliverance Ministry aka Mercy City in Effurun, Delta state.

Before now, many have considered the inferno as a disaster of the sort. But to the founder of the church, Senior Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, it was neither a disaster nor a calamity. Rather, it was a way God wanted to push him to build a world class church auditorium.

Speaking recently during an interview with newsmen at the church premises, Prophet Omoto Fufeyin revealed that God instructed him to build an auditorium long ago but he had not done it, adding that the inferno was the way God wanted to get him to build it.

“The Lord had told me to go and build his house, where you are using currently is not a church house but a partner house” So, the recent fire incident that destroyed the partners auditorium in the church was a way God wanted to push him to build a proper church auditorium’’.

Speaking further, the foremost billionaire prophet declared that he is now ready to build the place as instructed.

While thanking God that no life was lost in the inferno, the Senior Prophet also expressed gratitude to all who called and visited to cheer him up when the incident happened. He noted that it is God that sent him to his work, so whatever thing that is going on around him, God understands.

“My own is a lesson to all the Christendom now because I have disobeyed him , God has forgiven me, that’s why I am ready to build a house, so please, wherever you are, dot take the voice of God and the word of God for granted.

“So please I am still begging you because I know, I know the pains I passed through, though what am giving glory to God for, is that there are no casualties, and God provided us, you can see today service now, you can see now, under 3 days we have now gotten things in place, and also overflows and the rest.

“My message to all Christendom and those who are there, that carries a microphone, clergymen, women, those people that are out there I want to let you people know if you promise God or God tells you to do something and you don’t do it, na you Sabi o, me I don’t know o, because I have seen the danger.

He there advised all present to always abide by every instruction or directive given to them by God.

On his part, the church secretary Mr Moses Akpovotiti said that the fire only destroyed the auditorium and valuables in it.
