[PHOTOS] Kogi Governor hosts GbaramatuVoice team in Abuja, assures of partnership


The Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, on Wednesday, received the Publisher/CEO and editorial board chairman of the GbaramatuVoice Media Group at the governor’s lodge in Abuja.

The GbaramatuVoice management led by Jacob Abai, Publisher/CEO and Prof. Tosan Harriman, Chairman, Editorial Board paid a courtesy visit on the governor ahead of the planned media tour to the state.

The Governor received the members warmly and assured them of his full support after Prof. Harriman, briefed the governor of the newspaper’s plans to carryout a media tour of the state

He also praised the good governance and administration of the Kogi State governor.

Governor Bello, while speaking at the meeting said he was overwhelmed by the brilliant proposal and speech of the GbaramatuVoice Media Group and stated he acknowledged the benefits of having different young  individuals from across diverse ethnic groups of the country in his administration working together with one mind to bring to birth the good leadership, peace and unity in Nigeria.

He further emphasised the importance of publishing the right and helpful information to the general public, thereby, putting aside ethnicity, religious beliefs in order to achieve a great nation for everyone.

He gave his assurance to the GbaramatuVoice that the visit would be a memorable one.

Those at the meeting included the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Pharm. Abdulkareem Asuku, and the Deputy Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed, among others.
