The Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. (Deacon) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro has congratulated HRM Major-General Felix Mujakperuo (rtd), the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom on his 10th anniversary on the throne billed for Saturday 26 November 2016, saying he remains a shining example of promoting inter-ethnic harmony in the state.

Otuaro, in a letter to the monarch, stated: “One thing stands out like a sore thumb: Peace as hallmark of co-existence among the various ethnic groups resident in your kingdom, notably in cosmopolitan Orerokpe and Sapele towns, for the past 10 years you have been on the throne”.

“As a State committed to peace-building which is key to the actualisation of dividends of democracy via the SMART Agenda of Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, I join all Nigerians, Deltans and particularly the good people of Okpe Kingdom to appreciate your shining example in promoting harmonious inter-ethnic relationships among kingdoms”, Otuaro noted.

The Deputy Governor prayed God Almighty to grant the revered Okpe monarch continued wisdom and many more decades of service to mankind on the throne.
