OBITUARY: DESOPADEC commissioner, Bebenimibo, sets for late father’s funeral

All is now set for the burial ceremony of late Pa Asia Bebenimibo, father of the Honourable Commissioner representing Ijaw Ethnic nationality in the board of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Dr. Paul Bebenimibo. He passed on at 91.

According to the statement sighted by GbaramatuVoice, the remains of late Pa Bebenimibo who died February 26, 2023, will be laid to rest on Friday, March 24, at Okerenkoko in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta state, beginning with a Funeral Service by 12noon at the deceased residence.

GbaramatuVoice gathered that preparations are in top gear for the burial.

He is survived by three wives, 26 children, amongst whom is Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, Commissioner, DESOPADEC, 103 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 1 great great grand child and many relatives.

The burial arrangement is as follows:

“The families of BENENIMIBO in Ogeh Quarters & AGBO Quarters in Kunukunuma town & EDIKONGHA of Ogbeintu of Ogbeintu in Okiri quarters, in Okerenkoko Town both in Gbaramatu kingdom, Warri South West L.G.A, Delta state.

“Cordially request your presence to the Burial Ceremony of our Beloved Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle, Father, Grand Father, Great Grand Father & Great Great Grand Father, LATE SNR. BOANERGE PA. ASIA BENENIMIBO AGED 91 (1932-2023).

Funeral Arrangements
Friday 24, March 2023 – 10am
Body leaves Vennell Hospital, Okumagba Avenue, Warri, in a Motorcade to Miller Waterside NPA to his Hometown, Bibopere Zion, Okerenkoko.

12noon: Funeral Service
4PM: Internment 
7PM: Entertainment of guests

Sunday 26th March, 2023
Outing Service at Bibopere Zion Ministry, Okerenkoko.
