The management of Gbaramatu Voice Newspaper wishes to congratulate and celebrate a woman of high repute, Hon. (Mrs.) Ato Alfreder Ebibofayei.
It is actually a blessing to have such woman of honour, Hon. (Mrs.) Ato Alfreder Vijay Ebibofayei from the Niger Delta region, she is a human resource person and a peace ambassador, her contributions for a better Nigeria and our region cannot be overemphasized.
She is presently the Director of Programme, DOP to the Director of State Bureau of Statistics, Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, Bayelsa State.
She is our own, one that we just can’t afford not to celebrate, although our birthday message is a little bit coming in such a belated time.
Our wishes for you is that you shall continue to expand in whatever you do, long life and prosperity and above all, age with grace.
