Kunukunuma Community Annual Festival Kicks off Dec., 18

•Power packed crusade to be anchored by Apostle Bebenimibo

All is now set for the annual Amasuo-Uge Festival by the Kunukunuma Federated Community (KFC) in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta state.

The festival is billed for 18th, 21st and 22nd December, 2017.

This was contained in a release signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the organizing committee, Capt. Friday Denkeden and Engr. Rex Lewei respectively and made available to GbaramatuVoice.

According to the release, the festival will kick-start with a one-day crusade which has ‘Let God Arise’ as a theme. The crusade will have Apostle Sylvester Bebenimibo and Rev. Dr. Cannon Freeborn Onokpite as guest speaker while the programme will be anchored by Apostle Mathias Bebenimibo.

As part of the side attractions of the festival, there would be a paddling, swimming, and tug of war competition on December 21.

This will be closely followed by a football match and a dance competition on December 22nd, the release added.

Continuing, Kunukunuma Federated Community stated that the chairman of the occasion will be the Amadiwei of Benikrukru community, Chief Jeffrey Ojogun, amongst other special guests of honour billed to grace the celebration.

On the uniqueness of this year’s festival, the chairman of the community, Chief Moses Bebenimibo explained that the event promises to be exciting as it is filled with so many side attractions which made a clear departure from the old order.
