Kogi Governor, Bello joins list of eminent dignitaries for GbaramatuVoice 6th Anniversary event in Lagos 

The number of dignitaries scheduled to participate in the GbaramatuVoice 6th Anniversary event keeps swelling by the day.

This time around, it is the turn of the amiable Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.

Governor Bello today Tuesday August 3, 2021, confirmed his interest to participate in the forthcoming GbaramatuVoice 6th Annual lectures/Niger Delta Awards event slated for Tuesday August 10, 2021, by 10:00am, at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
 
He gave this indication through the State’s Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed in Abuja.

GbaramatuVoice had earlier rolled out highlights of Its Forthcoming 6th Anniversary Programme.

The newspaper announced for the attention of the general public, details of programmes lined up to mark its forthcoming 6th Anniversary Lecture/Niger Delta Awards.

Specifically, the anniversary celebration/lecture has as its central theme: “Dwindling State of Crude Oil Demand in the Global Market: The Way Forward.”

Former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR, will be the keynote Speaker. Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, is the Special Guest of Honour.

The Executive Governor of Bayelsa state, the Host, The Executive Governor of Lagos State as the Chief Host while Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa will Chair the Occasion.

Other dignitaries expected at the lecture/award giving ceremony include but not limited to; traditional rulers from the Niger Delta, captains of industry within and outside the country, executives of International Oil Companies (IOCs) operating in the country, public office holders from the Niger Delta region, leaders of specialized groups in Nigeria, among others.

The anniversary lecture will centre on critical new research themes as sustainable development goals in the Niger Delta. Its deliberations will address all spectra of analyses including the oil and gas industry.

This Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos edition is the 3rd in the series and comes after the editions held at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Hotel Presidential, Port Harcourt, Rivers States, respectively.

It has a rich history of promoting national unity, recognizing the good works of various individuals that have positively imprinted their names in various areas of endeavours while contributing to the life chances of humanity.

List of eminent Awardees made up of Nigerians and non Nigerians drawn from different sectors of human endeavours through rigorous but transparent process shall be made known to the general public in due course.
