Heavy rain sends parts of Warri under water (Video)

Floods have taken over parts of Warri following an early morning heavy rainfall in the nation’s oil city, immobilizing movement in the city and causing residents to suffer immensely.

Some of the major areas affected include the popular Airport road, Okumagba, Giwamu, Udu, Refinery road, were all water logged.
