GbaramatuVoice visits Otuaro on his birthday, introduces its COVID-19 food bank to him

By Ebi Perekeme

The team of GbaramatuVoice on the occasion marking the 52nd birthday of His Excellency, Barr Kingsley Otuaro, Deputy Governor of Delta state, visited him in his hometown on April 16, to felicitate with him and introduce the GbaramatuVoice Interventionist Food Bank to him. There was no official ceremony for the birthday given the COVID-19 pandemic which prompted governments at all levels to usher in laws banning ceremonies, social gathering, burial and other.

When the news team led by the Publisher, Jacob Abai met with Otuaro, they introduced the food bank to him and gave him pack of items, in helping his stay-at-home, like every resident in Delta state is observing.

The Publisher of GbaramatuaVoice, Jacob Abai presenting a food pack to the Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro on his 52nd birthday, at his country home in Okerenkoko.

Remember that GbaramatuVoice launched a food bank early April in order to assist residents in the riverine areas of the state. There was no class of persons the food items were meant for, they were distributed rationally of which when the team visited Otuaro in his village for his birthday, he was a beneficiary.

Otuaro who lacked words to thank the news team, prayed for God’s wisdom, good health, prosperity, and to be the reward of all men and women of goodwill in the state.
