GbaramatuVoice to launch iOS Version

By Esther Poweide

GbaramatuVoice has made its plan to release iOS version of its News App on Friday October 25, 2019 at its Conference room in Warri, Delta State.

The newspaper mobile App was originally launched January 29, 2018, however, it was only available to users of Android devices. The launch of the iOS version will now give users of the Apple ecosystem the opportunity to utilize this tool.

The Program Manager of the trusted and relied newspaper in the Niger Delta, Barr. Sandra Orokodo made this known on Tuesday, Oct 15, in Abuja.

“We are very pleased to announce a novel way to access GbaramatuVoice ‘breaking news’ across the country but especially from the Niger Delta on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch mobile devices,” said the manager.

She however added, “We will release our first news app for iPhone, iPad which can be downloaded from the App Store from October 25, 2019.

The app, exclusive to iPhone, iPad, iPod is a whole new way to experience GbaramatuVoice.

“It wouldn’t be a facsimile of our website. It would be something entirely different, with original writing, new features, and a fresh interface.”

GbaramatuVoice for iOS has all of that. It’s an ongoing conversation about the news from the creeks of Niger Delta, sort of like texting: We’ll send messages, photos, and links, to individuals and they can tap to respond but have to be interested in learning more about a topic.

‘Each session last just a few minutes, so it’s perfect for the boat, elevator, eateries, or at a spare moment to catch up on the news from the Niger Delta,” the manager added.
