GbaramatuVoice releases post-lockdown guidelines for 5th Anniversary, Lectures/Awards

As the ease of lock-down across the nation continues and Nigerians are returning to their businesses, abandoned for the better part of the last five months, the Management and Board of the GbaramatuVoice, Niger Delta leading and most trusted newspaper, have found it necessary to release a set of guidelines that individuals must observe as we return to our annual lecture/awards on Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th August, 2020 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State , to guarantee a safe event and environment.

The aim of the guidelines is to ensure a safety net that allows our audience and production team to have a safe event.

We have created an environment that considers your safety and health, and of course, observance to all health protocols as laid down by the Federal Government.

On the other hand, the guidelines request that our team, employers and audience must observe strict adherence to all government guidelines/protocols on crowd gathering and social distancing, provide a health worker for all two days, carry out testing before and during engagements; and must ensure that all audience members, and crew are on facemasks, even as they observe physical distancing in sitting arrangements.

GbaramatuVoice shall ensure that her members are educated on the need to comply with these guidelines.

These guidelines are meant to address the peculiar needs of the anniversary, lectures/awards, while serving a complementary role to the Federal Government requirements.
