Chairmen of Gbaramatu OMS-Communities in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, on Thursday, called on President Muhammadu Buhari, and other organisations to ignore the Central Youth Body of Warri Escravos and Forcados.
The Chairmen also passes a vote of confidence to Ocean Marine Solutions Limited.
Ocean Marine Solutions Limited is a security company dedicated to protecting the country’s resources from graft and illegal activities.
However, the Chairmen call is coming against the backdrop of last Saturday publication by Central Youth Body of Warri Escravos and Forcados (Burutu) Jurisdiction, that pipeline surveillance slots meant for indigenes are given out to non-indigenes.
Speaking on behalf of the Chairmen, Chief Moses Bebenimibo told GbaramatuVoice in an interview in Warri, that there is no central youth body in Escravos.
In his words: “If there are any grievances the Youth should go back to their communities. The company is doing very well with the Communities in the kingdom.
“I called on the management of the company, presidency and other agencies to ignore the body, they are not known the area.
“There is a good relationship among the benefiting Communities, starting from Egwa1 to Ikpokpo, stressing that everybody is being taken along including the youths.
“There is no central youth body in Escravos, the relationship between Ocean Marine and the Communities, from Egwa 1 to Ikpokpo, we have a very good working relationship since the inception of the project, they are taking everybody along including the youths.”
Going further, Chief Moses advice the youth body to fall back to their communities and ask their various community leadership.
