Gbaramatu Councillorship Aspirant Vying Under APC Promises residents better service

A leading Councillorship Aspirant on the platform of All Progressive Congress (APC) for Oporoza ward in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta state, Comrade Moses Zibinmoghan, has promised effective representation and better welfare package for residents of the area if elected.

According to him, he has all what it takes to turn the Ward around, noting that the present administration of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has failed in the delivery of dividends of democracy to the people of the ward.

“Our people have been neglected by the present government. I am coming out not because of my popularity, but I want to serve my people and give them quality services,” the aspirant, Comrade Moses stated.

He promised to Improve on women and youth development, insisting that the time for the people to have democracy at their doorsteps is now.

He called for support of the people of Oporoza ward, assuring that he would not misplace the opportunity and confidence if elected.
