Ex-IYC Official Commends Reappointment of Daniel Alabrah as Bayelsa Chief Press Secretary

Former Assistant Secretary General of Ijaw Youths Council (IYC) World Wide, Anthony Oki, has congratulated Mr. Daniel Alabrah on his reappointment as Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency Senator Doye Diri.

In a statement, Oki commends Alabrah for his remarkable leadership and extensive experience in journalism. Alabrah’s impressive background includes roles at reputable national news organizations such as the Daily Independent, where he served as a production editor, regional editor, and news editor. Additionally, he held the position of deputy editor at the Sun newspaper and served as the head of media and communication for the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP). Notably, Alabrah also served as the Special Adviser on public affairs to the former Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Seriake Dickson. His reappointment as CPS is viewed as a positive transformation for Bayelsa State.
