Gesiere, King Robert Ebizimor’s Daughter

Gesiere Ebizimor Nicholas, was born on July 26, 1987, into the family of Ijaw music legend, late King Robert Ebizimor in Angalabiri, Sagbama LGA, Bayelsa state. She attended Community Primary School, Toru-Orua and later to Comprehensive High Secondary school, Alesa Eleme, Port-Harcourt where she obtained her secondary school certificate.

Gesiere has a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Management, Master of Science Degree (M.Sc) in Management, and currently pursuing a Ph.D Degree in Management.

Gesiere has been into music for over 14 years. She has in this period, sang in different church choirs, trained individuals and choirs. Gesiere has worked in the Music Studio as an arranger of songs and backup singer.

She has written and composed a lot of songs that are yet to be released.

Upon the death of her father, she saw the need to take up a legacy which her father; Late King Robert Ebizimor left behind in Owigiri Music. She has her debut album titled “GESIERE”. Before this album, she decided to step into the terrifying platinum shoes of her father to carry on with his Legacies and never to look back.

She is married to Amos Nicholas who is a musicologist and her music producer.
