Edon: Ex-Gov Uduaghan condoles with Ifiekporo people

Ex-Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan of Delta State and Chieftain of the APC, has condoled with the Edon family of Ifiekporo town over the passing away of their patriarch, Mr. Lucky Mogboruko Edon JP, one of the first Insurance Brokers, Life and Pension consultants in Warri.

In a press release by Monoyo Edon, Media Assistant to Uduaghan and made available to GbaramatuVoice, the ex-governor described as unfortunate the death of an industrious, generous and humble soul who lived an exemplary life.

Uduaghan said, “Lucky Edon JP was one of the earliest insurance men we have in Delta State. There were about two of them in Warri then.

“Anyone who had a vehicle or property at that time would have been familiar with Mercyfaith Ins. Brokers.

“He was an immaculate and convivial socialite.”

Dr. Uduaghan prayed for the repose of his soul and easement for the family and people of Ifiekporo throughout this trying times.

“It is very painful to lose a patriarch, especially a genial one like Mr. Edon. It is easy to say it is well but truly we can not question GEdon0

“I pray that God Almighty will grant his soul eternal rest and also give everyone that he has left behind the fortitude to bear this loss,” he added.
