Deputy Gov. Otuaro Pays Condolence Visit to Dr. Tolar’s Family (Photos)

Deacon Kingsley Otuaro, Delta deputy governor has paid a condolence visit to the family of Ijaw elder statesman, Dr. I. C. Tolar, who died at the age of 75 on Sunday.

Otuaro advised the family to be consoled by the fact that Tolar lived a fulfilled life while praying God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

“Uncle, we will most certainly miss the tremendous leadership life in the Lord you lived. Rest in the Lord Uncle,” Otuaro registered in the Condolence Register.

He was accompanied by Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, member, Delta State House of Assembly; Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, Commissioner, Desopadec; Hon. Taiye Tuoyo, Chairman, Warri South West Local Government Council and other dignitaries.

Responding on behalf of the family, the son of the late elder statesman, Mr. Jude Tolar thanked Deputy Governor Otuaro for finding time to commiserate with them in this trying moment despite his busy schedule.
