Delta LG Polls: James Manager charges elected Bomadi chairman, councillors on performance

Senator James Manager, who represents Delta South at the National Assembly, has advised Mr. William Angadi, the chair­man-elect of Bomadi Local Gov­ernment Area of Delta State, and the 20 elected councillors to leave indelible footprints while serving the people.

Manager, who spoke to jour­nalist at Bomadi shortly after Mr. Sylvester Odogbo, the re­turning officer of the Delta State Independent Electoral Com­mission (DSIEC) for the local government polls, declared the Bomadi Council result, urging specifically the chairman-elect, who is elected for second term, to write his name in gold before he leaves office in 2024.

The senator, who was highly excited over the landslide victo­ry of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the local govern­ment polls, stressed that the LG election was a build up for the general election in 2023, urging members of the party to remain firm.

Also, Mr. Nicholas Mutu, a House of Representatives member for Bomadi /Patani Federal Constituency, thanked and congratulated the chair­man-elec,t Mr. Angadi, his vice, Chief Mrs. Flora Biripu, and the 20 elected councillors, tasking them on better service delivery to the people.
