The Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, FSPSP, has congratulated with Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, Governor of Delta State, who turned 60 on July 8, describing his new age as “the significant age of 60 years”.

Otuaro said that the birthday was a bastion that called for celebration.

“This milestone affords a moment to appreciate your significant age of 60 years, profile in dignity, diligence, godliness and reliable governance which have had a telling impact on many who walk and work with you. Your politics with humanity is gratifying,” Otuaro said.

In their respective goodwill messages, a former Governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan also congratulated with Okowa on what he described as “admission into the glorious 60 club.”

He said, “Congratulations Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on your admission into the glorious 60 club. I join your family, Deltans and well wishers around the world in wishing you a memorable 60 years birthday celebration.”

Otuaro added that as they move on to make the state a progressive one, may Almighty God perfect Okowa’s wisdom.

“As we move on in cherished brotherhood bound by the goal of a stable and stronger Delta State, may Almighty God perfect your wisdom, grant your desires and make your lights shine brightest. Happy Diamond Birthday, Your Excellency,” Otuaro concluded.

For Uduaghan, he prayed that God should deepen Okowa’s wisdom to steer the state forward.

“I pray that the Grace and Mercy of God will deepen the wisdom, critical mind, knowledge, patience and the spirit of discernment you require to steer our state to greater heights. Happy celebration my brother,” Uduaghan stated.
