The All Progressives Congress in Bayelsa State on Friday commenced a three-day prayer and fasting programme to usher in David Lyon as governor of the state on February 14.
The Chairman of APC Inauguration Committee, Mr Samuel Ogbuku, said the programme would end on Sunday with a church service at the St. Peter’s Anglican Deanery, Yenagoa.
He said it was important for the party to seek the face of God for a successful swearing-in.
Ogbuku called on the people of the state to participate in the programme.
