The three days high powered executive burial of late. Chief Thomas Osen Ekpemupolo, Tompolo’s father witnessed the unprecedented attendance of political bigwigs in the Nigerian State trooped out in numbers to observe the funeral rites of the departed legend.

Prominent among the politicians that stormed the ceremony was His Excellency Barr. (Dcn) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, the deputy Governor of Delta State; Hon. Tam Brisibe, Chief of Staff to the Delta State Government; Sen. James E. Manager, representing Delta South Senatorial District in the red chamber; Hon. Daniel Reyeneju, member representing Warri South West Local Government Area in the Federal House of Representatives; Hon. Mofe Pirah, Commissioner, oil and gas, Delta state; Hon Asupa Peter Forteta, commissioner for Youths Development, Delta Stat; Hon. Daniel. O. Yingi, member representing Burutu North, Delta State House of Assembly; Hon. Steve Eruoto, Deputy Chief of staff, Delta State; Chief Favour Izoukumor, commissioner representing the Ijaw ethnic nationality in the board of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC; Hon. Ebikeme Clark, executive Chairman of Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State; Hon. Frank Omare, former commissioner, Delta State; High Chief Tunde Smooth with the host of others;

Also present during the occasion was the business moguls, captains of industries, Ogbe-Ijoh traditional Council of Chiefs, Isaba traditional Council of Chiefs, Gbaramatu traditional Council of Chiefs, Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide as well as others too numerous to mention.
