2017 MISS BENIKRUKRU CARNIVAL QUEEN PAGEANT RECEIVES A BOOST AS KFT GROUP GIVES ADDITIONAL N100, 000 TO WINNER

•Other Participants To Smile Home With Attractive Prizes – Organizers

The first Miss Benikrukru Carnival Queen 2017 contest yesterday (Thursday 21 December) received a boost with the expression of interest by KFT Group of Companies to give the winner of the competition a handsome amount of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) in addition to the One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000) already set aside by the organizers.

This was contained in a release signed by the Programme Coordinator, Miss Benikrukru Carnival Queen 2017, Mr. Jacob Abai and made available to the press.

Mr. Abai explained that One Hundred Thousand Naira donation by the KFT Group forms part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) while adding that the KFT Group’s decision to identify with the Pageant was necessitated by the good result and impact the programme is making in the lives of the participants and Gbaramatu Kingdom in general.

Abai, who doubles as the Publisher/Editor-In-Chief of GbaramatuVoice further stated that the participants of this year’s competition have already commenced camping while adding that the winner shall be announced and crowned December 25th, 2017, on Christmas day.

Giving details, the Programme Coordinator explained that while the crowned Queen will go home with the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000) from the Chief Organizers (Esther Tonlagha Foundation) as the Star Prize and additional One Hundred Thousand Naira(N100,000) from KFT Group, other contenders shall go home with different categories of attractive prizes.

While thanking the Group Managing Director of  KFT Group, Chief EKomieyefa Uduboh for this good gesture, Mr. Jacob called on other corporate organizations operating in Gbaramatu Kingdom to identify with the laudable project.
